MEal Plan and April Fool's Day

This week I commit to eating:

Monday - Mango Chicken Cucumber Cashew Lettuce Pitas

Tuesday - Angel Hair Pasta with Roasted Baby Tomatoes and Spinach

Wednesday - Asian Soup with Broccoli

Thursday - Cauliflower Pasta with Tortellini

Friday - Personal Pan Pizza with Salad


My next tangible goal is April 1st. TOday is March 1st. I weigh in at 179 (bathroom scale). ww scale 183. I WILL be at goal in one month. That is 10 pounds away. I CAN do it. I WILL do it!

Keep the attitude up, think ww, don't eat outside my points, it works. It has been working - 40 + gone. Keep it up! Wedding pictures are next week. You can lose 2 or 3 pounds by then!!! Ryan looks great! He has weighed in at 189. Too close to my weight. Keep going!
